Situated along miles of Blue Flag award winning beaches there are over sixty beach huts available across our locations at Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea, for daily or weekly hire.

As well as our beautiful seaside resorts the area also has one of the largest areas of unspoilt coastline in eastern England with some of the best national nature reserves and sites of specific scientific interest in the country.

Our Huts At

Central Promenade

These newly refurbished beach huts are situated between the main beach pullover access and the RNLI station. Mablethorpe town centre is only a 5 minute walk away making the huts ideally located for access to restaurants, take away outlets, ice cream kiosks and shops.

This location is also ideally situated for those wanting to visit seafront attractions; with the funfair, crazy golf and outdoor amusements just a short walk along the promenade.

Lifeguards patrol from June to September, keeping our beaches safe; public toilets operated by East Lindsey District Council are also adjacent to the huts.

Our Huts At

Queen's Park

The beach huts at Queen's Park were fully renovated in 2021 and are situated on the coastline above Queen's Park in Mablethorpe. The huts are located in a quieter area of Mablethorpe offering stunning views of the coastline and an off-shore wind farm.

Nearby café facilities are available on both the promenade and Queen's Park which also boasts a boating lake, refurbished paddling pool, golf putting green, bowling green, tennis courts and miniature railway.

Public toilets operated by East Lindsey District Council are also available in Queen's Park.

All these huts have door access for 2 aspects (East / West or North / South)

Our Huts At

Sutton Colonnade

The beach huts at Sutton Colonnade are brand new for 2025 and are situated on the promenade in front of the newly built Seaview Colonnade in Sutton on Sea. The huts offer excellent views of the coastline and an off-shore wind farm. Nearby facilities include a paddling pool, tennis court and High Street shops, cafes and bars. Public toilets operated by East Lindsey District Council are available on York Road.

Want to travel light or forgotten something?.... Amenity kits are available to purchase from the beach hut booking office. Packs cost £4.00 and include tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, dish cloth & sponge, washing up liquid, tea towel and bin bags.

Please note that the use of BBQs is strictly prohibited in and around the beach huts, the promenade, beach and all surrounding areas.

All keys must be collected between 10.00am and 12 noon (11.30am for Sutton on Sea) unless by confirmed prior arrangement .

The Town Council has committed to the general operation, management and future investment in the huts to support and boost the tourism industry within the parish and to ensure they remain as part of the landscape for years to come.

Dog Control Orders

Dog Free Beaches

The District Council enforces Dog Control Orders to stop problems caused by dogs in public places.

As part of the control orders, dogs are banned from 1 May to 30 September on certain areas of Mablethorpe beach as identified on this leaflet
